Peer Power Foundation’s workforce development program takes a holistic approach to preparing young people for the workforce. Our workforce development program covers 40+ hours of industry training/certifications and 40+ hours of essential skills training, including accountability, professionalism, effective communication, and collaboration. Our program’s youth also complete 10 hours of small group therapy and 20 hours of group fitness training.
